FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
HOW MUCH SHOULD I CHARGE FOR MY CLOTHING?
Although it depends on the brand and style, as a guide; T-shirts $5 - $20, Dresses $10 - $40, Jeans/Trousers $10 - $40, Coats/Jackets $20 - $50. If it is new with tags, 50 - 70% of the original price is recommended.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY RACK?
Please let us know as soon as possible.
WHAT IF I DON'T SELL ANY CLOTHES?
ReNew Fashion will do our best to promote and sell the clothes in the store, but we can not guarantee sales.
CAN I DISCOUNT MY RACK AS I GET CLOSE TO THE END OF MY CONTRACT?
Yes! Great idea! We have 20%, 30% and 50% signs ready to go. Or you can physically mark down each item.
DO YOU OFFER REFUND OR EXCHANGE TO BUYERS?
As all clothing items are not owned by us, we have a strict no refund and no exchange policy.
WHAT IF AN ITEM OF MY CLOTHING GOES MISSING?
All items brought into the store for sale is done so at the owner's risk. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information.
At times clothing may be placed on the wrong rack after being tried on and can be found by having a look on other racks.
CAN I SHARE MY RACK WITH A FRIEND OR TWO?
Yes! Not everyone has 50 pieces of quality clothes they would like to sell. Sharing is a great idea. You will need to nominate one bank account for the profits to be deposited into at the end of your rental period.
CAN I RENT FOR MORE THAN ONE WEEK?
We recommend renting your rack for two weeks. The maximum time you can rent a rack for is Four weeks but you can return to rent with us after a month or so.
This way our stock remains fresh and keeps people coming back to see what's new.
